This is the traditional form of counselling, where you can talk in person with one of our counsellors. These sessions are based on what you want to bring, but you can talk through the things that are important to you in a place that you know is safe, secure, and confidential.
Walk-and-talk counselling offers a safe and confidential space to talk with your counsellor while walking in nature. Physical activity can enhance relaxation, and being outdoors boosts mental well-being. These sessions are conducted in a way that ensures privacy.
We understand that not everyone can or wants to attend face-to-face sessions. That's why we offer online sessions over secure networks to ensure your confidentiality. These sessions provide the same quality of counselling with added flexibility in location and availability.
We offer supervision for qualified and in-training counsellors. We would meet regularly with an experienced supervisor to discuss cases, reflect on work, and receive guidance and feedback. We will support you to improve your skills, practice ethically, and enhance your professional development.
