Mental Health Mentoring is a specialised type of support where a qualified counsellor will support you through particular challenges or day to day issues to offer you skills, technqiues, guidance and encourgaement to overcome challenges and achieve goals. This can also include provlem solving and we use counselling, coaching and additional psychological skills to help you develop the life that you want.
